Houston Aquarium: Whether you like to look at fish or have some great food, the Downtown Aquarium is one of the coolest places in Houston. Housing over 200 species in half a million gallons of water as well as two restaurants, there is something here for everybody. You will not be dissapointed when you bring your group to this underwater Atlantis!
Kemah Boardwalk: Head over to Galveston and visit Kemah for some free time fun. Turn your group loose on the 42-acre complex which houses restaurants, shopping, midway games, a ferris wheel, a roller-coaster, and even a speedboat ride. Kemah is a lot of fun that your group will not soon forget
San Jacinto Monument: Towering at almost 600 feet and topped with a whopping 220-ton star, the San Jacinto monument is the tallest monumental column in the world beating the Washington Monument by over 100 feet. It is part of the San Jacinto Battleground Historical Site and is a must-see for anyone coming to Houston. Don’t miss the chance for your group to see this piece of Texas History!
NASA Space Center: “Houston, we have a problem.” Says Jim Lovell of Apollo 13 and now you can tour the place where it all happened! Come and tour mission control, see the Mercury 9, Gemini 5, and Apollo 17 command module as well as other amazing artifacts and memoirs of the Space Age. NASA is both educational and inspiring. Don’t miss it!
Other Activities: Other activities include but are not limited to a meal at the Hard Rock Café and shopping time at the Galleria Mall. Many of our groups link this trip to Galveston for added activities and fun. The drive is only one hour and there is just as much if not more fun things to do in Galveston.
